We make every effort to ensure pictures are accurate. However, we use manufacturer provided stock photos, so the color or item may not match exactly. 

Log into your account to View My Orders for your order history if you do not receive an order confirmation in your email.

Generally yes, however due to demand, we do not post ETAs. Your best bet is to sign up for the in stock notification on the page of the product you’re interested in.

Since we ship using UPS and FedEx, you must ship your order to a physical street address, and not a P.O. Box.
